Do you need a resource translated into another language?

Whether or not a resource is hosted by Saving Brains, it can easily (though sometimes imperfectly) be translated into any language through the helpful solutions provided by Google Translate. Below are a couple of methods our team has found useful when it comes to translating different documents.

  • Webpage: Go to and select the language you would like the website translated to. Then, copy the URL of the website you would like translated and paste it into the left-hand box. Click on the URL that appears on the right-hand box - this is the translated page!

  • Google Docs document: Google Docs has an internal translation function. Click here to visit this page from Google with instructions on how to enable this setting. However, this service has a limit of 15 pages, or approximately 6,000 words.

  • Other documents (PDF, PPT, XLS, DOC): Google Translate translates uploaded documents, but it doesn't keep the original formatting. If you would like to keep your file's original formatting, OnlineDocTranslator is a useful free service that uses Google Translate technology to translate documents while keeping (most) of the formatting intact!
