The goal of this workshop is to enhance the scaling strategy of each innovation, and to generate learning to share with the broader Saving Brains community. This workshop, and the preparation leading up to it, focuses on sharpening the innovator’s understanding of their approach to scaling, and the strategic challenges and opportunities they might face in the near-to-medium term. By the end of the workshop, participants clarify 2 - 3 areas of focus for their organizations in the coming 6 months through open sharing and collaborative discussion with other innovator teams.

This workshop is focused on building capacity for program resilience (e.g., in the context of emergencies like COVID-19), adaptation and rapid-cycle innovation. Teams assess their capabilities against a framework for resilience and adaptation, and share their experiences with rapid transformation in a case-based approach. 

The workshop supports innovators in deepening their understanding of their individual stakeholder ecosystems. The goal of the workshop is to enhance the strategy of each innovation on the long-term pathway to sustainable impact at scale, where any combination of sustainability, impact, and scale may represent the innovator’s priority for improved stakeholder work.

This workshop is designed to help project teams move, in a hands-on way, through the key steps and tools for active high- fidelity project management and communication using data and impact analysis. There are two tracks:

1. Data Analysis and Writing, designed primarily for teams in a position to report on programme impact

2. Data for Action, designed for teams in the early stages of programme implementation to refine and operationalize their data management systems
